Pregnancy yoga

Come and join our Pregnancy yoga classes. Classes are suitable from 14 weeks up to birth. 

We look at different aspects throughout each class.

We will focus on learning how to move your body through pregnancy helping to release those pregnancy aches and pains. Including how to help pregnancy related conditions, such a backache and pelvic pain among others. 

We look at how to keep calm and in control using different breathing techniques during your labour, helping you to have a positive and empowered birth.

We talk about all things pregnancy and birth related in a safe friendly environment. 

We will learn key active birth movements, how to assist your body to have a better birth. 

All this while meeting like minded ladies in your local area, so you can start building your community.

Pregnancy yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your growing baby, while remaining strong, heathy and relaxed.

you do not need any previous yoga experience to take part.

Classes are taught by a fully qualified and insured prenatal yoga teacher in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment.

Everything we do in class is completely safe for mum and baby.

Mats can be available to borrow, please just bring some water and a blanket.

you will be sent a form with your confirmation email please bring this to your first class. 

Classes are taught in 6 weeks blocks at £55

(This is unless you are at the end of your pregnancy in which case drop in or 4 week block may be available)

This includes access to our pregnancy Facebook group for helpful articles, connecting with others and home yoga practices.

Also £5 off pregnancy massage or reflexology and discount off Wise hippo antenatal classes.
