Classes will be looking at posture, breathing and how to tune into our bodies and minds. Enjoy a relaxing yoga class from the comfort of your own home. Classes will be following a theme each week, in line with the turning wheel of the year. We will move through a variety of postures using the breath to relax the mind and body. By focusing on our body and its movement, this allows all of the background "mind chatter " to fall away leaving a feeling of calm. The class will end with a lovely relaxation, setting you up for a good nights sleep. If this time does not suit or if you are not sure about signing up for 6 weeks... Don't worry!! Each class will be uploaded to a private YouTube for you to watch at your leisure each week.
